“I stayed in the Holiday Inn in Westbury for my Bachelorette Party weekend with my Bridal party. The Hotel itself was beautiful and modern. My guests commented on how nice the hotel was, how comfy the beds were, and how delicious the morning continental breakfast was. The Hotel was also conveniently located near the Long Island Rail Road station. The Front Desk Staff gladly and graciously assisted me in securing a taxi to the nearby station. “I was impressed with the location of your property and I am recommending it to my friends. Your staff knew how much a taxi was to the train and all about parking. They provided a map with directions that was awesome. You should know that because the reservation was done over two nights, my room was cleaned spotless each day when we had returned Saturday night. I would like to compliment you on your front desk staff! One gentleman, I think his name was Kayod, was awesome as was his partner Cynthia on Saturday.

When I went out to my car I told my wife that Holiday Inn must have the most polite staff in the world... even you, the General Manager was there everyday and we always saw you speaking with guests. Your help at breakfast went out of their way to be polite and helpful. I look forward to trying the new sports bar.“

“Checked into the Holiday Inn after superstorm Sandy. My wife and I spent 11 nights at the Holiday Inn receiving 5-star service from everyone at the hotel. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating and genuinely glad to have us in residence.“

“I can say with out a doubt that the Holiday Inn Westbury - Carle Place is my favorite place to stay on Long Island. it has a good energy and doesn't make you feel like your in a 5 star prison like some other establishments. I travel (some in my family say live) on LI on a weekly basis, which require many overnights. especially during storms I am required to stay and watch my locations. The Westbury Holiday Inn is centrally located , with shops and dining choices within and nearby. The rooms are large and always clean. “I stayed at this Holiday Inn with my daughter last month. She was attending a class that was being held in a conference room at the hotel. We were there for 10 days and enjoyed our stay. While she was at class during the day, I was out exploring Long Island.
Cynthia at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and courteous. She arranged a day tour of New York city for me, which included admission to the observatory at the Empire State Building.
There are plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the hotel. I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn.“
